Edgewalker Assessment Certification Program

The Edgewalker Profile survey, developed by Dr. Judi Neal and Dr. Linda Hoopes, helps the individual to assess their level of the five qualities of an Edgewalker, and the five skills. The Archetypes of Change survey, also developed by Judi Neal and Linda Hoopes, helps the individual assess his or her typical response to change. A customized report is provided for each assessment, with personalized recommendations for developmental actions.
