Monica was told that she was an Edgewalker by her Coaching Supervisor 15 years ago and only fully underststood how true that was when by pure synchronicity she came across Judi Neal and her Edgewalker Profile two years ago– it was like coming home!

She has walked between the worlds of the mind and the body having worked in the education sector while bringing a somatic and energetic lens to her work.  From originally teaching language to eventually coaching in the corporate sector she recognizes that energy and systemic awareness are the universal language.  She is called a Soul Whisperer by clients and sought out for her spiritual and creative approach to her work while encouraging a commitment to daily resourcing and deep practice among her clients.

Peggy adores coaching and supporting individuals and organizations, especially with complex issues across  management, leadership, financial and business development.  For almost two decades she has coached leaders and staff in multi-national organizations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, India, Canada, Russia, Australia, Germany and Singapore.  Indeed, what makes Peggy’s Way different is her no-nonsense, transformational approach integrating models and concepts from a multitude of disciplines, including business, biology, cognitive science, sociology and psychology. Peggy is able to bring resonance, sense and value to the discomfort of ‘being on the edge’ often brought to the table when problems and issues show up.   Interestingly, Peggy has served as Assistant Attorney General and as State Purchasing Director in Arkansas when President Bill Clinton was Attorney General and Governor.  She also worked in the Federal Labor Relations Authority as part of the Clinton administration.

Payal describes herself as a world citizen, who has lived in four countries, namely Zambia, Fiji, England and now in India. Payal has completed her Master of Arts from the School of Oriental and African Studies, England and Ph.D. from XLRI (India) on mentoring. Payal is Dean of Research at Indian School of Hospitality, India. She is also Emerald brand ambassador, a prize-winning researcher, and an author of 17 books. Weaving her 25 years of experience in the corporate sector with her academic knowledge, Payal is able to deliver meaningful managerial development workshops, with excellent participant feedback. She has been a learning and development coach for hundreds of managers from various industries and functionalities (engineers, chartered accountants and hoteliers to name a few), across many countries including India, USA and Canada. In an earlier avatar she was Vice President Editorial and Production, SAGE Publications Pvt Ltd.

Kristin’s mission is to be a light in this world, spreading joy and human kindness and teaching others to do the same. She brings light to the world as a TEDx speaker, award-winning entrepreneur, visionary leader, executive coach, consultant, master facilitator, wife, and mother of two teenage boys. For the past 20+ years, Kristin has partnered with leaders, teams, and organizations worldwide to create positive and sustainable systemic culture change.

His background in technology, business and customer engagement, provide him with a unique perspective of creating sustainable and differentiated value, while delivering a win-win outcome.  Sal is based out of Austin, Texas. Sal co-founded MaximizeU.life an AI powered tech platform for institutions and individuals to maximize potential and customize their growth journey. This SAAS platform, enables corporations and K-12 Schools to reduce absenteeism, turnover, increase productivity and employee loyalty.

I have been described as a walking Venn Diagram. True to being a lifelong Edgewalker, I am a creative soul, energetic communicator and adaptive strategic thinker. This crystallized early when I was just three years old and marched into our family kitchen with my hands on my hips and announced to my mother that I was here on “a mission!” Every career choice I have made has ultimately rested on that ancient Greek maxim “Know Thyself,” the directive that is at the heart of every artistic, spiritual or leadership journey.
