Edgewalker Coaching
Understanding Your Change Integration Qualities and Skills
We offer three different levels of Edgewalker Coaching plans.
Level 1 - For Individuals
Level 2 - for Small Business Owners and Middle Managers
Level 3 - for C-Level Executives
All programs are customized to meet our clients’ needs.
Every program includes the Edgewalker Profile questionnaire and customized Edgewalker Profile Report.

Level 1
Ideal For
For the Individuals who are interested in creating a greater integration between their life, their work, their family, and their values with a particular focus on spiritual values, spiritual practices, and your sense of calling.
The Course Includes:

Customized Edgewalker breakthrough project
The Work:
You will create your Edgewalker vision, work with your coach in both the visible and invisible worlds and will focus on your personal contributions in the world.
After the first session, which is a goal-setting and Edgewalker Breakthrough Project planning session, each of the next ten sessions will focus on one of the ten Edgewalker qualities and skills. Your coaching program will include a personalized Edgewalker Profile and a personalized Archetypes of Change report. The final session will be an integration session and a report on your Edgewalker Breakthrough Project. You will develop a plan for sustainability of your Edgewalker qualities and skills. Throughout the coaching process you will have access to events that are available to our larger Edgewalker community.
Twelve coaching sessions over a period of 6 months with assignments, projects, and feedback.

Level 2
Ideal For
Small business owners, first-line and middle-level managers who are interested in helping their organizations be on the leading edge. These coaching sessions will focus on the five Edgewalker Qualities and five Edgewalker Skills, and the five Archetypes of Change that will support you in a more authentic and powerful form of leadership in your organization.

Customized Edgewalker business results project supported by your coach
The Work:
You will create your Edgewalker vision, work with your coach in both the visible and invisible worlds and will focus on your leadership contributions and the way in which you help others to walk on their leading edges. After the first session, which is a goal-setting and Edgewalker Business Breakthrough Project planning session, each of the next ten sessions will focus on one of the ten Edgewalker qualities and skills. Your coaching program will include a personalized Edgewalker Profile Survey assessment and a personalized Archetypes of Change report. In addition, your team can receive an individual Archetypes of Change report for each team member (up to 10 people), a team report, and a debrief session from your coach. The final coaching session will be an integration session and a report on your Edgewalker Business Breakthrough Project. You will develop a plan for sustainability of your Edgewalker abilities for you and your team.
Twelve coaching sessions over a period of 6-12 months with assignments, projects, and feedback.

Level 3
Ideal For
This program is designed for the C-Level executive who sees himself or herself as an Edgewalker, and who desires to make a significantly greater difference in the organization. The focus in this program is on how to maintain your integrity and fully utilize your unique gifts in an environment that is strongly bottom-line driven and goal-oriented.

The Work:
You will create your Edgewalker vision, work with your coach in both the visible and invisible worlds and will focus on your leadership contributions and the way in which you will impact the culture and the performance of your organization. After the first session, which is a goal-setting and breakthrough project planning session, each of the sessions will focus on one of the fifteen Edgewalker attributes. Your coaching program will include a personalized Edgewalker Profile Survey assessment as well as an Edgewalker Team Profile of your top management team. The final session will be an integration session and a report on your business breakthrough project. You will develop a plan for sustainability of your Edgewalker initiatives.
Unlimited coaching sessions over a period of one year with assignments, projects, readings, and feedback.
