Judi Neal, Ph.D. is the author of the book "Edgewalkers: People and Organizations that Take Risks, Build Bridges, and Break New Ground." This is the founding work that led to the creation of the Edgewalker Community, the Edgewalker assessment tools, and numerous other resources for people walking on the leading edge. Her Ph.D. is from Yale University in Organizational Behavior, and her primary research, writing and consulting work has been in the field of workplace spirituality and organizational transformation.
